This beautiful Arizona couples session was all about making the most of the time we have together. Katie and Taylor wanted some photos to capture this moment in their relationship before they begin their life together in the same state. They have been doing long distance as Katie has been living in Seattle, WA for the past year, but have plans for her to move down to Arizona in the coming months. As some of us know long distance is one of the most challenging things a relationship can go through. But it was clear by spending this beautiful January evening with them that their relationship has only grown stronger through this challenge.

The Phon D Sutton Park gave us some beautiful golden rays as the sun set behind the mountains. Katie and Taylor’s connection and friendship at the base of their relationship was obvious as they teased each other and laughed as I guided them through silly prompts. It truly felt like the girl and the boy next door and they made it easy to take these beautiful effortless golden hour photos.
